Eligibility:
- Most rings purchased from [Your Jewelry Brand] are eligible for one free resizing within 15 days of purchase.
- Beyond the 15 days free period all costs wil be borne by the customer
- Custom-designed rings and certain items with specific design features may not be eligible for resizing. Please contact us for more information.
Process:

- Shipping: We will provide instructions for how to send your item back to us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
